Enhancement Crew Member/Leader

• Team members that operate a company vehicle are required to have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Have experience operating a skid steer and excavators.
• Have experience in mowing and trimming/weed whipping.

You would be responsible for:

• Working with a crew of 2+ team members.
• Create and install new landscapes for customers.
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve the growth using shears, pruners or gas- powered hedge trimmers.
• Applying mulch and blowing off hard surfaces using gas powered equipment.
• Installing shrubs, seasonal color.
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
