We are seeking motivated, success-driven Landscape Crew Members who want to Win The Day! As a Crew Member, you are responsible for maintaining our commercial customer’s properties. Enviroscapes is a year-round company that specializes in commercial landscape construction, lawn and bed maintenance, horticulture, utility services, and snow removal services.
You would be a good fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have a positive attitude and are reliable..
- Want to be successful and share the same for your teammates.
- Valid Driver’s license (Must have 3 years clean to operate company owned on-road vehicles).
- Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required.
- We are a non-smoking/vaping, drug-free company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working as a teammate with 2-3 crew members.
- The ability to fill in for the Crew Leader in his/her absence.
- Mowing lawns, trimming, and edging borders, and blowing off hard surfaces.
- Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve the growth using shears, pruners or trimmers.
- Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch.
- Picking up leaves, trash and cut grass and placing onto burlap and loading onto a truck or trailer
- Applying chemicals or fertilizers.
- Perform weeding.
Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
